Monthly Meetings
Monthly meetings are not all business!
Usually
a featured speaker enlightens us on a topic of interest.
For instance, during the last club year we heard from
guest speakers that included:
Dr. Nicole
Engel talked to the group about "Stress Relievers for
Today's Busy Woman"; Dr. Sheila Allison and
Dr. Manon Fielding
spoke to the group about "Hot Topics in Women's Health";
Jane Clark, Investing Consultant with Edward Jones, spoke
to the group about "Money Management for Women";
Iris
Tilley discussed how to "Decorate on a Budget";
and club members themselves presented pictures of their
personal travel adventures along with discussion on how
to properly pack luggage on "WWC Travel Night".
Not all meetings have a formal speaker -- in years past we've deviated from a standard meeting to put on events like a fashion show, do a club dinner, or a game night.
There is always something new to experience with the Woodcroft
Women's Club.
